WEDC Trade Mission to India

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and the Council of Great Lakes Governors are planning a Global Trade Venture to India on April 22 – May 1, 2014. Activities will take place in the cities of New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.

Please consider joining the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and other Wisconsin and regional business leaders in this Global Trade Venture.

image002As a member of the Council of Great Lakes Governors Wisconsin delegation, you will receive a high-level country briefing from WEDC’s market development director before commencing a well-organized tour of the country’s major markets. At each stop, you will participate in pre-arranged, customized meetings with companies whose needs or capabilities align with your export objectives. Whether you are looking for customers or distributers to help you reach your target market (or both), this trade venture will deliver the intelligence and the contacts you seek.

The tour is especially interested in hosting businesses from the following industry areas:

  • Power Generation and Distribution
  • Water and Environmental Technology
  • Food Processing and Packaging Machinery
