Marketing Communications Specialist
This Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for working directly for the Integrated Marketing Services Manager, and is involved in all aspects of marketing communications, including writing content, developing messaging, and creating materials for market initiatives such as advertising, press releases, case studies, public relations, sales collateral, Web site, and multimedia.


Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is vital to execute important business development milestones. These include business concept development, partnerships and customer relations. An effective Business Development Manager will combine relevant technical know-how with excellent people skills and an ability to get things done under challenging conditions. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets; this person will drive peak performance and sales success across the organization.  

Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP

Marketing Intern
Seeking a Marketing Intern for the fall semester of 2014. This intern will be guided by marketing professionals to assist with firm-wide business development initiatives. The intern will gain exposure and develop expertise in the following areas: professional writing, social media, market research, marketing information flow, public relations, database management, technology-related marketing initiatives (e.g., website, webinars, etc.) and promotional efforts.

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to coordinate and carry out initiatives for specific practice groups, industry teams and offices. The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution and measurement of firm events such as conferences, seminars and tradeshows. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating the activities involved in the document preparation for Requests for Proposals, press releases and research projects. 

Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD)

Laboratory Manager
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager.      The District’s laboratory provides environmental testing services, including water, waste and biosolids for regulatory and process purposes. We are the largest municipal wastewater lab in the state, with a staff of 22+ trained professionals.  The laboratory is certified by WDNR and NELAP and the successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of these laboratory accreditation requirements.

The Nature Conservancy 

Water Funds Coordinator
The Nature Conservancy is seeking to hire a Water Funds Coordinator as part of its Global Water Program to lead the curation and dissemination of knowledge products on Water Funds within and outside TNC; facilitate peer-to-peer networking, incl. internal community of practices on watershed conservation; author and review scientific and economic analyses on Water Fund-related projects; build strategic partnerships with water industry and global brands; and, provide high-level administrative and project management support to senior staff and other members of the Conservancy’s Global Water Program. This position is a one year position, pending further acquisition of funds.


Product Marketing Analyst I (Job ID 104894)
The Product Specialist is responsible for assisting the Product Managers with day to day activities including price quotations, new product development, product certification, and forecasting. Key tasks will be directed by the Product Managers to help promote activities in multiple sales channels including both the professional OEM customers as well as working with the retail teams to secure new business opportunities.  This will include working with multiple disciplines including sales, finance, engineering, and marketing communications.

This position is responsible for leading and providing direction to an organization that produces products on-time with consideration to all safety, quality procedures, policies, and instructions. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, overseeing quality issues, resolving routine operating problems and employee supervision for all production shifts in Glendale.  All responsibilities are executed in accordance with the mission philosophy and objectives of the company.

Marketing Assistant
Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC (SSE) is a civil engineering firm specializing in stormwater management, drainage design and green infrastructure. SSE desires to add a motivated part-time individual to assist in various duties relating to water quality project management, including: website updates, direct mailings, clerical duties, and development of marketing collateral materials.
